1. How do I submit an error I found?

2. I get an error when trying to upload images?

   Either you are trying to upload an image of the wrong type or the image is too big. You can only upload images of type (gif,jpg,jpeg) and images under .5 mb. We are temporarily restricting the file sizes due to the overwhelming demand of people now posting listings to then website. Please bare with us as we work to add more space for images.

3. How do I reduce the file size of images so I can upload them?

   GregPages will also resize the image for you if needed for a small fee of $10.00 per image. You may send the images to webmaster@ungertechonline.com with your request.

4. How do I make my listing featured?

   We currently randomly choose which listings are featured. Featured listings will soon rotate on the front page of the website. If you would like your listing to be featured please use the contact us page to let us know. We will be charging a small fee to help support the operation of the website.

5. I would like to advertise on your website, either on the first page or on the results page within a category. How do I set this up?

   Please use the contact us page and we will be more than happy to process your request. To be an advertiser on the website will require a small fee to help support the operation of the website.

6. I would like to see reports of my items and how many people are viewing them all on one page. Do you have that capability?

   Reports will be added onto the control panel once you have registered as a member. Please use the contact us page to request any custom reports you may want.

7. I am having problems logging in? When I try to login it just takes me back to the login page.

   This has happened to a few people and each time it is solved by clearing the cookies through your browser. (See: How do I delete my cookies)

8. I am having problems switching Locations? When i change my Location is still says then some other location?

   This has happened to a few people and each time it is solved by clearing the cookies through your browser. (See: How do I delete my cookies)

10. I am having a bad day and would like to complain to someone!

11. How does the Marketing Location affect how my listings are seen by people?

    Posting to a broader Marketing Location will allow your listing to be seen by any location which is geographically encompassed by that location.

    • When you post to the USA > People with their locations set to any city or state in the USA will see your listing
    • When you post to Arizona > People with their locations set to USA or Arizona or any cities in Arizona will see your listing
    • When you post to Scottsdale, Arizona > Scottsdale is in Arizona which is in the USA, so people filtering by USA or Arizona or Scottsdale, Arizona will see your listing. In this example, people who filter by OHIO or any city in OHIO would not see your listing


12. How can I send someone a direct link to search results without some long URL?

    There are some little known ways to directly link to content on this website. These direct links make it easier for you to get back to a particular section of the website.

    Some Examples:
    • Direct link to Real Estate > http://www.gregpages.com/RealEstate
    • Direct link to Arizona Real Estate > http://az.gregpages.com/RealEstate
    • Direct link to Arizona Real Estate Homes > http://az.gregpages.com/RealEstate/Homes
    • Note: 2 digit state code prefixes can only be used for AZ and CA at this time. We are working on this now.
